Bilbrey Family Event Center: Not K-State's First Rodeo

Control Service Company partnered with Kansas State University to support the new Bilbrey Family Event Center, a premier facility designed to advance animal sciences education and host large-scale livestock and rodeo events. To ensure the arena operates safely and efficiently, CSC installed a building automation system using Automated Logic and its WebCTRL platform, providing centralized control of key building systems.

In addition, CSC implemented an Edwards EST4 Fire Alarm System to support life safety requirements throughout the facility. Together, these systems help maintain a controlled environment for events, protect occupants, and support the day-to-day operations of a high-traffic, multi-use arena.
