Control Service Company partnered with the Community Foundation of the Ozarks to support the renovation of their new headquarters at 300 South Jefferson. Founded in 1973, the Foundation serves as a regional leader in philanthropy, connecting donors with community needs through grantmaking, collaboration, and public leadership. Today, it manages thousands of charitable funds and works closely with nonprofits, advisors, and affiliates to support initiatives that strengthen communities across the Ozarks.
As part of their move into the newly renovated fourth-floor suite, CSC provided HVAC renovation and retrofit services to align the mechanical systems with the needs of a modern office environment. Our team improved system performance, efficiency, and occupant comfort by upgrading and optimizing existing infrastructure. The result is a reliable indoor environment that supports daily operations, enhances the workplace experience, and helps the Foundation continue its mission-driven work.
