The difference is night and day. On the floors with the new BAS, everything runs automatically—I don’t have to touch a thing. The old system was inefficient and required constant attention. I’m glad CSC and the P1 team are here; they’ve been great.
Thomas Santillan, KC City Hall Facilities Superintendent
CSC made what could have been a stressful project incredibly smooth. Their team communicated clearly, responded quickly, worked efficiently, and over delivered on their promises. We feel confident and secure with the systems now in place. I highly recommend CSC for any size project!”
— Dr. Michelle Wityk, Superintendent, Archie R-V School District
“Over the years CSC has helped solve a myriad of complex HVAC problems at multiple facilities and critical facilities I’ve been involved with. They can handle anything you give them, from small problems to giant projects multimillion dollar projects….you get the same great customer service every time!”
– Kevin Waite- Lead Data Center Engineer at US Bank (LinkedIn)
CSC has a phenomenal phone support system, and 90% of the time the engineer can fix the problem before he hangs up the phone. Plus, I can log into the system remotely, which saves both time and resources on service calls, and typically resolve any issue within 15 to 20 minutes. Between the energy savings we’ve achieved and increased patient satisfaction due to facility comfort, it’s a real win-win. I don’t see how we could have achieved our Energy Star rating without such an efficient system and such effective support.
