I’ve been fortunate to work with Control Service Company for a number of years. My first first interactions with CSC was in Kansas where I was impressed with the company in providing support for our aging systems while providing service to our new products. When I moved to Pleasant Hill, we were transitioning to using CSC implemented Automated Logic across the district. We have a variety of units and CSC worked miracles in providing service for us. Our facilities department raves about their professionalism and customer service. The fact that CSC can troubleshoot remotely provides savings in time and efficiency.
On another note, CSC has been integral in providing a location (and food) for our administrative retreats. We appreciate so much the fact that we have a superior facility where we can set goals and team build without the hindrance of interruptions.
