A Winning Transformation for the home of the World Champions.
Enhancements to Arrowhead Stadium, home of the World Champion Kansas City Chiefs, encompassed a comprehensive, stadium-wide revitalization. The project included 1,000,000 gross sq. ft. of transformation that was accomplished in phases to assure no interruption to the football season. Each phased area of the stadium was completed ahead of the original schedule and was delivered under budget. Field-level renovations included renovations to the team facilities, locker rooms and support areas. In the concourse, there were increased fan amenities with expanded pathways that more than doubled in width with open party decks on the upper level. Renovations to the club level included expanded suites, a climate controlled concourse, and fan amenities. Exterior renovations included gates and entry areas, ticket offices, team stores, museum, restaurants and administrative offices. The new horizon level included renovated press and coaches’ booths with an all-inclusive suite level for fans.
