Control Service Company partnered with AdventHealth on the new, state-of-the-art Lenexa City Center campus, delivering comprehensive HVAC and lighting controls designed for efficiency, reliability, and ease of use. Using Automated Logic’s WebCTRL platform and Crestron, CSC provided full integration of the hospital’s environmental systems—including HVAC, lighting, air pressure control for operating rooms, and fire alarm panel monitoring—into a single intuitive interface.

CSC implemented a unified control solution that allows AdventHealth’s facilities team to manage HVAC, lighting, and system monitoring from one centralized dashboard. The setup mirrors the interface used at other area AdventHealth campuses, ensuring a seamless transition for staff and consistent management practices across all facilities.

In addition, system alarms and real-time monitoring tools give the facilities team enhanced visibility and control, improving energy efficiency and reducing maintenance needs across the building.
