Overview
Control Service Company partners directly with Topeka Public Schools to provide long-term HVAC controls support across the district’s facilities. Spanning 32 buildings, this partnership reflects more than a decade of collaboration focused on maintaining reliable, efficient, and well-integrated building systems that support students, staff, and daily operations.
As part of this work, CSC has implemented and maintained HVAC controls with chiller integration, improving system coordination, performance, and visibility across multiple sites. Operating as the direct contractor, CSC works closely with the district to align projects with their specific needs, coordinating and customizing additional services as required. This flexible, client-focused approach ensures consistent system performance while adapting to the evolving demands of a large, multi-building educational environment.
