Plus, I can log into the system remotely, which saves both time and resources on service calls, and typically resolve any issue within 15 to 20 minutes. Between the energy savings we’ve achieved and increased patient satisfaction due to facility comfort, it’s a real win-win. I don’t see how we could have achieved our Energy Star rating without such an efficient system and such effective support.
