The graphic front of WebCTRL has made response times much quicker. It seems like such a simple thing, yet no one else is doing it. It’s red, yellow or green; it’s so easy to get it and then drill down into complicated detail as needed to resolve issues. Plus, I can access the information from anywhere and make adjustments. I’ve been fortunate to work with Control Service Company for a number of years. My first first interactions with CSC was in Kansas where I was impressed with the company in providing support for our aging systems while providing service to our new products. When I moved to Pleasant Hill, we were transitioning to using CSC implemented Automated Logic across the district. We have a variety of units and CSC worked miracles in providing service for us.
